- Develop EDW and Local Operating Strategies, Policies and Procedures.
- Recommended Best Practices on Global Enterprise Data Warehouse Strategies.
- Developing BW tool kit based on best practices, which will be used as the standard at BP Amoco to setup gold clients, which will essentially be used to deploy BW worldwide.
- Tool Kit includes Reporting standards, Functional & Technical templates, Testing Phases and Templates and Reporting Strategy and ETL Options for both R/3 as well as legacy data.
- Tool Kit will be based on multiple terabyte BW instances rolled into 1 global BW instance for global reporting
- Coordinate end to end process for design, define and build for their data warehousing system of one of their business units, develop presentation solutions with NetWeaver 2004s using SAP BW and Portal.

- Developed Best Practice Governance Model that incorporates the full range of solutions and technologies associated with a Decision Support solution being deployed on an SAP BW global environment.
- Use those Best Practices and Governance's to develop a Prototype BW solution using a select set of J & J's own data.
- Develop Global Decision Support principals (Organization, Process, Technology and Data design).
- Develop process to evolve J & J's Global Decision Support Roadmap.
- Providing recommendations on utilizing the technical features and capabilities of the SAP BW system to provide an impetus for improving internal business processes and practices.

- EDW Assessment, Analysis and Integration on a 10 Terabyte system.
- Performed a summary and detailed analysis of the current OfficeMax SAP BW & Boise EDW system.
- Evaluated Boise and Office Max merger impact on their existing data warehouse.
- Recommend enterprise data warehouse guidelines & best practices.
- Determined the quality and readiness of the BW system, as well as its ability to support Boise/OfficeMax immediate and future goals.
- Upgrade Analysis - Functional & capability Analysis between 3.1C & 3.5, Business Driven Analysis and cost benefit analysis.
